A minimal aesthetic combined perfectly with an artisan finish, Mud Australia has been hand-making french limoges porcelain since 1994. Designed by Shelley Simpson, these unique pieces combine craftsmanship with beauty & functionality. Our favorite blend.

All Mud Australia is handmade in their studio in Sydney. Slight irregularities in size, glaze & texture reflect the artisan nature of the product & be embraced. The actual color of the porcelain clay is tinted throughout, as opposed to a colored glaze on top of the clay. The interior is coated with a clear glaze, while the outside is left natural, & lightly sanded to create a beautiful hand-feel.

Each piece is built for everyday use - with some care everything is microwave, dishwasher & oven safe.
